Ah Sing Automotive has the right to refuse service to anyone at any point in time during any part of inspection and repair.
Ah Sing Automotive will install customer provided parts however, we are not responsible if parts provided are defective, does not match and, becomes faulty after immediate replacement. Customer will be charged again if tech needs to make same repair due to incompatible or defective parts provided by Customer.
Customer can opt out of not doing any diagnostics however, tech will only work on or repair part(s) that customer specified, nothing else, and if Repair does not solve issue, customer will need to be charged again if issue requires tech to return.
All customers will need to put down a deposit prior to any repairs being scheduled
If Ah Sing Automotive provide Parts and Labor:
Customer will need to pay for ALL parts in advance and remaining balance after initial repair is complete.
If Customer provides own parts:
Customer will need to pay 50% of labor in advance and remaining balance after initial repair is complete.
Return Policy on Parts
Any parts provided by Ah Sing Automotive that has not already been installed shall be able to be returned as quickly as the next business day However, and special order or parts that have to be ordered outside of normal parts store stocking can and will take up to 30 days for refund to finalize. Any parts that Ah Sing Automotive provides, including special order parts or parts needing to be shipped in will have a 30% restocking fee from original Parts payment should you choose to cancel or make changes to agreed invoice. (We are not responsible if you choose to cancel job or cancel parts order after parts have been ordered)
